I received my order a couple of days ago, but I just got around to unpacking it yesterday. I can say with confidence that customer service was excellent. I emailed Theresa so much (pictures of my raised beds too) that I probably deserved a “?really?” response from her, but she knew that I really needed the hand-holding to ensure that my order was reflective of the watering grid items I needed. I haven’t installed the watering grids, but I did take them outside to check the fit. It looks like all is good. I’ll send pictures once the ground thaws and I’ve installed them. Thanks for a good experience. (And yes, I looked at several terrific videos on their site and on YouTube, but who knew what an end-feed, outspray, and cornerless section even meant? 😁)
