Blueberry Mojito Recipe – How to Make

What you can grow in your garden:

  • Blueberries
  • Mint

Blueberry Mojito Cocktail Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1.5 oz. Silver Rum
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lime juice
  • 0.75 oz. Fresh Blueberry Juice (crush blueberries and separate the juice)
  • 6-8 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 4-5 Fresh Blueberries
  • A Splash of Soda water

Now let’s make it! Cocktail Directions

  1. Muddle fresh mint leaves at the bottom of a mixing glass.  Be sure not to bruise them too badly as you just want them to open up, allowing their aroma and flavor to be more profound.
  2. Muddle fresh blueberries in with the muddled mint.
  3. Add your rum, fresh lime juice, and blueberry juice.
  4. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  5. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
  6. Top with soda water.
  7. Garnish with fresh blueberries and a fresh mint sprig.
