U.S. Customer Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging
  • In the same condition as received, with tags attached
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Message us here with your order number, items to return/exchange, reason(s) for return/exchange, and preferred solution from our available options.

    3. Return And Refund To Original Payment Method (10% Return Fee)
  2. If within our return/exchange policy window (30-day returns, 45-day exchange) you’ll receive return instructions and a pre-paid shipping label.
  3. Securely package your items and bring them to your nearest shipping store.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we'll get it taken care of asap!


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Modified products
  • Used products

Refunds

  • Store Credit: Available immediately after refund approval.
  • Original Payment Method: May take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order did not qualify for free shipping, your refund will cover only the returned items.

If a discount or coupon code was used at checkout, the original discounted price will be used to calculate the refund/exchange value.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll issue a refund. Any items damaged upon return are not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Canadian customers must purchase their own return shipping and cover all associated costs, including duties, brokerage fees, and taxes originally paid.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

If returning only part of an order, smaller packaging may be used, but items must be securely packed. We cannot refund items damaged in return shipping.

If a discount or coupon code was used at checkout, the original discounted price will be used to calculate the refund/exchange value.

Important Notes:

  • Returns must be shipped via U.S. Mail, UPS, FedEx, or another standard carrier.
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Damaged, modified, or improperly disassembled product returns may reduce the refundable amount.
