No Thirsty Plants
The Garden Grid™ takes the guesswork out of watering.
Each square delivers 16 gentle streams around your plants' base, quickly saturating the soil. Traditional methods like drip irrigation, misters, and soaker hoses water slowly and unevenly, leaving plants thirsty or wetting foliage, raising the risk of disease.
The Garden Grid™ solves it all - watering efficiently and precisely for a healthy, hydrated, and abundant garden!
Made In The USA & Made To Last. How Long?
We don't know... Original Garden Grids™ from 2013 are still used today. Everything at Garden In Minutes® is built for quality.
Garden Grids™ are proudly made in the USA.
-
Many gardeners start with hand watering, drip irrigation, or soaker hoses. While those options can work, they often involve multiple parts, ongoing adjustments, and uneven coverage across the garden.
The patented Garden Grid™ is pre-assembled and designed to deliver full-coverage, soil-level watering across your entire garden bed—without guesswork.
With the Garden Grid™, you get:
- Even watering for every plant, not just near emitters or hoses.
- Adjustable water flow, from gentle watering to a full stream
- Built-in square foot gardening–style sections that make planting more consistent and efficient
Watering at soil level helps saturate soil efficiently, reduces water loss to evaporation, avoids issues associated with wetting foliage, and supports beneficial soil microorganisms by keeping the entire garden bed evenly moist rather than concentrating water in select spots.
Garden Grids™ are also built for all-season durability, performing reliably from cold winters to hot summers.
-
Sure do. Set up takes about a minute. Watch below to see.
-
No. The Garden Grid™ is lower-maintenance than most garden watering systems, including drip and soaker setups. It’s designed and tested using hard, mineral-rich well water to ensure reliable performance over time.
In normal use, maintenance is minimal. If you ever notice the spray pattern change, simply rinse the built-in filter screen—it likely caught debris before it reached the grid. In areas with heavy mineral content, lightly brushing off mineral buildup every year or two is a good habit.
Most gardeners set it up once and enjoy consistent watering season after season with little to no upkeep.
-
We don’t put an expiration date on Garden Grids™—and for good reason. We still have original Garden Grids™ from 2013 that are working today. Quality and longevity matter to us, so we design our systems to be easy to set up and built to last, season after season. That means less time repairing or replacing parts and more time enjoying your garden.
Accidents can happen. If a tube gets nicked while digging or a curious pet gets a little too interested, we offer replacement parts to keep your Garden Grid™ working smoothly for years to come. Just reach out and we’ll help you get everything back up and running.
-
Our Standard Garden Grids™ fit most rectangular raised garden beds (like ours found here) and ground-level gardens.
The Cornerless option is best for beds with rounded ends, oval shapes, or corner posts that interrupt a square interior.Important tip: Always measure the interior dimensions of your garden bed, accounting for posts or curved corners. If you prefer a simple, all-in-one Garden Bed and Garden Grid solution look at our All-In-One Raised Garden Bundles.
-
Yes. Garden Grids™ work in both raised garden beds and ground-level gardens.
Refer to the dimensions listed on the product page to choose the best size for your garden. -
We size Garden Grids™ to fit the interior dimensions of most gardens, accounting for garden bed material thickness. To know which Garden Grid™ will fit your garden bed, reference the overall size of a Garden Grid™ in our product details and in the product title. Example: A 4×4 Garden Grid™ measures ~44″x~44″.
If your garden bed is larger than any single Garden Grid™ size, you can connect multiple Garden Grids™ together with our Garden Grid™ manifolds
*Assembled sizes can vary slightly.
-
Start by choosing the size that fits without going over your garden’s interior dimensions.
- If your bed is slightly larger, you can gently twist the outer tubes so they spray outward into the extra planting space.
- If you’re within an inch or two of the next size up, we recommend ordering the larger size.
We leave roughly ⅛″ of extra room at each tube and fitting connection, which allows you to slightly “shrink” the Garden Grid™. This is done by gently pushing and wiggling the tubes into the fittings to take up that extra space.
Examples:
- A 4×4 can adjust from 44″ × 44″ down to ~42.25″ × 42.25″
- A 3×8 can adjust from 33.5″ × 88″ down to ~32″ × 85″
- A 2×6 can adjust from 22.5″ × 66″ down to ~21.5″ × 63.75″
Twisting Garden Grid™ Tubes To Spray Outward -
Garden Grids™ are assembled by hand, and slight size variation is normal. The overall footprint can change slightly depending on how far each tube is inserted into its fittings.
We intentionally leave about ¼″ of adjustment room at each tube connection, allowing you to gently push the tubes further in if you need to slightly reduce the footprint to fit your garden bed.
This built-in flexibility helps ensure a proper fit without affecting performance.
-
It depends on your water pressure, hose length, and layout.
Watch the video below for real-world examples and tips. -
Yes! You can supply the Garden Grid™ with nearly any water source—as long as you have the right connection. Most gardeners use a standard garden hose from a spigot, but the Garden Grid™ can also be fed from an existing sprinkler or irrigation system.
As long as your sprinkler or irrigation line has a garden hose thread adapter (a common part at most hardware stores), you can run a hose straight to the Garden Grid™—or connect directly at the adapter. From there, water flow is easy to control using a simple valve or one of our Garden Grid™ manifolds with a built-in valve, keeping everything simple, visible, and easy to adjust.
-
Use Garden Grid™ Manifolds and a regular garden hose.
The bottom of each manifold has an inlet and outlet for garden hoses. Connect a hose to the outlet side, run it to your next garden, and connect it to another manifold or directly to a Garden Grid™.
