Blueberry Mojito Recipe – How to Make
What you can grow in your garden:
- Blueberries
- Mint
Blueberry Mojito Cocktail Ingredients (1 serving):
- 1.5 oz. Silver Rum
- 1 oz. Fresh Lime juice
- 0.75 oz. Fresh Blueberry Juice (crush blueberries and separate the juice)
- 6-8 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 4-5 Fresh Blueberries
- A Splash of Soda water
Now let’s make it! Cocktail Directions
- Muddle fresh mint leaves at the bottom of a mixing glass. Be sure not to bruise them too badly as you just want them to open up, allowing their aroma and flavor to be more profound.
- Muddle fresh blueberries in with the muddled mint.
- Add your rum, fresh lime juice, and blueberry juice.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with fresh blueberries and a fresh mint sprig.
